Domestic wastewater treatment plant type ACO ROXNITRO 100 D2.5 by means of a moving bed biofilm reactor system (MBBR), manufactured in glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), in horizontal format for installation underground. With treatment capacity for 100 users and a hydraulic demand of 15 m³/day, with high purification performance in compliance with RD 509/1996. Solution consisting of compact equipment with dimensions 7670mm long, 2500mm wide and 2637mm high. With inlet connection and outlet DN200 and aeration DN50 DN200. Total installed power: 4,8W. 3- Biological reactor: In the aerobic reactor, the biological decomposition of organic matter takes place thanks to the supply of air and the generation of aerobic microorganisms.
- 4- Decanting: The sludge resulting from the decomposition of the organic matter is calmed, deposited inside the decanter. The decanted sludge is recirculated back to the reactor by pumping .
- Stages of operation:
- 1- Screen (recommended): Coarse solids carried by the water are intercepted by a grate at the inlet of the equipment.
- 2- The oxygen in the recirculated nitrates decomposes the organic matter and produces nitrogen gas. The agitator facilitates the release of the gas and the mixing of nitrates with the wastewater.
