Description

Domestic wastewater treatment plant type ACO NECOR 30 D2 by means of a moving bed biofilm reactor system (MBBR), manufactured in glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), in horizontal format for installation underground. With treatment capacity for 30 users and a hydraulic demand of 4,5 m³/day, with high purification performance in compliance with RD 509/1996 and UNE-EN 12566-3. Solution consisting of 1 compact equipment with dimensions 5332mm long, 2000mm wide and 2150mm high. With inlet connection and outlet DN160 and aeration DN110 DN160. Total installed power: 960W. The equipment is designed to treat waste water with the following composition: BOD5: 400ppm, COD: 600ppm, SS: 450ppm

Stages of operation:

The system is carried out in the following stages:
1- Primary decanter: In this process, the decanting and sedimentation of a large part of the sedimentation of a large part of the suspended matter suspended matter present in the wastewater
2- Biological reactor: Biological decomposition of organic matter takes place in the reactor thanks to the supply of air and the generation of aerobic microorganisms.
3- Clarifier: The sludge resulting from the decomposition of the organic matter is settled inside the clarifier. The decanted sludge is recirculated back to the primary clarifier by pumping.
