Description
Domestic Wastewater treatment plant type ACO SBREM 350 D2.5 by means of a Sequential Biological Reactor (SBR) manufactured at glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), in horizontal format for underground installation. With treatment capacity for 350 users and a hydraulic demand of 52,5 m³/day, with high purification performance in compliance with RD 509/1996. Solution consisting of 2 equipment, a first decanter of dimensions 11760mm in lenght, 2500mm in width and 2637mm in height. With inlet and outlet connection DN250 and with 2 access covers inside the equipment the dimensions Ø567 realised at polyethylene. Followed by a reactor the dimensions 11600mm in lenght, 2500mm in width and 2750mm in height. With inlet and outlet connection DN250 and with 2 access covers inside the equipament de dimensions Ø567 realised at polyethylene. Total installed power: 9,5kW. Weight: 2545kg.

Characteristics
Easy installation and maintenance
- Low power consumption
- No recirculation is required to keep the biomass in the reactor or even for the nitrification-denitrification process
- The position of the pump avoids the outflow of possible floats
- Benefits
- Compact water treatment plant
Areas of application
- Equipment for the treatment of domestic wastewater by oxidation in small and medium-sized communities
Decanter
- Anaerobic degradation of the accumulated organic matter
- Includes flow regulating pump
Reactor
- Removal of organic matter and nutrients
- Including recirculation system by pump
- Includes turbine type compresor for 1-3mm bubbles
IP - 44 protection
- Installed power 9,5 kW
- Electrical panel and PLC
- Three-phase current 400 V
Effluent qualities
- BOD5 (mg/l)<15
- COD (mg/l)<61
- SS (mg/l)<15
Effluent qualities
- BOD5 (%) = 92
- COD (%) = 90
- SS (%) = 94
- The equipment is designed to treat waste water with the following composition: BOD5: 400ppm, COD: 600ppm, SS: 450ppm
Operation
- The system is carried out in the following stages:
1 - Primary settling tank: sedimentation and settling of the influent. The water is pumped to the reactor in a programmed way at the beginning of a cycle. Its operation is not affected by the hourly discontinuity of the influent flow. It decants part of the solids and also anaerobically degrades the accumulated organic matter.
2 - Biological clarifier reactor: The treatment sequences are as follows: - Filling: reception of a certain volume of water from the primary settling tank by pumping.
- Reactor: in the reaction stage, aerobic phases (presence of oxygen) are combined with anoxic phases (without oxygen) which allows the removal of organic matter and nutrients.
- Sedimentation: during this phase and in the absence of agitation and aeration, the sludge settles, leaving the sludge at the bottom and the clarified at the top.
- Emptying: the treated water is pumped out.
