Description
Wastewater treatment plant type ACO ROX 1000 D3.5 through a total oxidation system manufactured in glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), in horizontal format for underground installation. With treatment capacity for 1000 users and a hydraulic demand of 150 m³/day, with high purification performance in compliance with RD 509/1996. Solution formed by 4 equipment, a first reactor stage with equipment of dimensions 9130mm in length, 3500mm in width and 3750mm in height. With inlet and outlet connection DN315 and with 2 access covers to the inside of the equipment of dimensions Ø567 realised in polyethylene. Followed by a second clarifier stage with equipment of dimensions 3648mm lenght, 3582mm width and 3887mm height. With inlet and outlet connection DN315 and with 2 access covers inside the equipment, 1 cover of dimensions Ø800performed in glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) and 1 cover of dimensions Ø567 realised in polyethylene. Total installed power: 111,49kW. Weight: 12689kg.

- Fine bubble air diffusers between 1-3 mm.
Clarifier
- Sludge recirculation by pumping.
Electrical panel and PLC
- Three-phase current 400V.
- IP-44 protection
- Installed potency 7,1kW
Effluent qualities
- BOD5 (mg/l) <10
- COD (mg/l) <50
- SS (mg/l) <10
Effluent qualities
- BOD5 (%) = 95
- COD (%) = 89
- SS (%) = 96
- The equipment is designed to treat waste water with the following composition: BOD5: 400ppm, COD: 600ppm, SS: 450ppm
Stages of operation:
- 1- Screen (recommended): Coarse solids carried by the water are intercepted by a grate at the inlet of the equipment. For small populations, due to the high variability of the influent, it is recommended to install a decanter upstream.
- 2- Biological oxidation: In the biological reactor, the biological decomposition of organic matter takes place thanks to the supply of air and the generation of aerobic microorganisms.
- 3- Decanting: The sludge resulting from the decomposition of the organic matter is calmed, deposited inside the decanter. The decanted sludge is recirculated back to the reactor by pumping .
