Electrical panel and PLC
  • Three-phase current 400V.
  • IP-44 protection
  • Installed potency 2,9kW
SS (mg/l) <10
  • Effluent qualities
  • BOD5 (mg/l) <10
  • COD (mg/l) <50
Effluent qualities
  • BOD5 (%) = 95
  • COD (%) = 89
  • SS (%) = 96
  • The equipment is designed to treat waste water with the following composition: BOD5: 400ppm, COD: 600ppm, SS: 450ppm
Stages of operation:
  • 1- Screen (recommended): Coarse solids carried by the water are intercepted by a grate at the inlet of the equipment. For small populations, due to the high variability of the influent, it is recommended to install a decanter upstream.
  • 2- Biological oxidation: In the biological reactor, the biological decomposition of organic matter takes place thanks to the supply of air and the generation of aerobic microorganisms.
  • 3- Decanting: The sludge resulting from the decomposition of the organic matter is calmed, deposited inside the decanter. The decanted sludge is recirculated back to the reactor by pumping .
